Ryan brings 25 years of experience in the coatings and decorative concrete industries, combining deep technical expertise and hands-on application knowledge to help contractors, distributors, and property owners achieve long-lasting, high-quality results. Passionate about education and continuous improvement, he's a trusted resource for troubleshooting complex projects and delivering practical solutions.

Jonathan brings over 20 years of experience in the concrete sealer and coatings industry. His extensive hands-on field experience, exceptional customer support, and deep product knowledge allow him to help customers and partners find effective solutions for their projects.

Austin brings more than 35 years of experience in construction and restoration, having founded a successful company specializing in decorative concrete finishes, concrete restoration, and paver restoration. For the past 11 years he's been a key member of Surface Innovation, developing deep expertise in paver and natural stone restoration and earning a reputation as a trusted educator in surface restoration and specialty concrete solutions.

Jose brings 25 years of experience in the concrete coatings industry, having built a reputation for excellence, reliability, and unparalleled technical knowledge as a trusted partner to contractors, clients, and professionals alike. Defining his success by the growth of his clientele, he stays ahead of evolving installation techniques through continuous innovation, empowering distributors and contractors to thrive in a competitive market.

Bryan is a commercial coatings specialist who entered the industry in 1999. Since then, he has focused on applicator training and field support, with particular expertise in exterior systems that provide durability and protection. His background spans contracting, sales, and technical services across commercial, residential, and industrial segments. Bryan also holds MPI (Master Painter Institute) certification. This experience gives him a well-rounded view of every project, from groundwork to final punch list.
